Functions

• Maintaining the regular operation of ESSa’s computer equipment and network infrastructure;
• Providing multiple network services, such as firewall, name resolution, address assignment, authentication, storage, printing, terminal servers, license servers, and application and database servers, in offices, computer rooms, laboratories, classrooms, the cyber garage, the library, administrative offices, and other functional units;
• Providing assistance (help desk) to ESSa staff (teaching and non-teaching) and students.
